A Review on Micro-LED Display Integrating Metasurface Structures

چکیده
Micro-LED display technology has been considered a promising candidate for near-eye applications owing to its superior performance, such as having high brightness, resolution, and contrast. However, the realization of polarized high-efficiency light extraction from arrays is still significant problem be addressed. Recently, by exploiting capability metasurfaces in wavefront modulation, researchers have achieved many excellent results integrating metasurface structures with Micro-LEDs, including improving efficiency, controlling emission angle achieve directional emission, obtaining Micro-LEDs. In this paper, recent progressions on Micro-LEDs integrated are reviewed above three aspects, similar organic LEDs, quantum dot perovskite LEDs also summarized.
